Combiflam Tablet की खुराक
Combiflam Tablet contains Ibuprofen and Paracetamol.
Ibuprofen - Belongs to the class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, it is also known as Advil, Motrin, Nuprin. These are some of the hormones in the body that cause inflammation and pain. Works by blocking them
Paracetamol – It mainly works on the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) blocking chemical messengers and reducing the intensity of the pain signal. Prostaglandins – Prostaglandins (prostaglandins increase body temperature and fever) are also prevented by paracetamol.
Combiflam Tablet का ओवरडोज़
The dosage of Combiflam Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient's age, health, patient's medical history and many other conditions. Please take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Usual dosage of Combiflam Tablet -
Adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day, every 6 hours.
Adolescents (Age -12 years or more, Weight - 40 kg or more): Dose 1 tablet, if necessary additional dose at an interval of every 6 hours.
Do not use Combiflam Tablet for more than 3-4 days, if you do not get relief, contact your doctor immediately.

If you miss a dose of Combiflam Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time as there is a risk of overdose.
Symptoms of overdose with Combiflam Tablet are - Nausea and Vomiting.

सहभागिता
Drugs:-
Barbiturates, carbamazepine, hydantoins, rifampin, sulfinpyrazone: High doses or prolonged use of these drugs may reduce the therapeutic effect and increase the hepatotoxic effect of acetaminophen. Avoid simultaneous use.
Busulfan: May increase busulfan levels. Monitor the patient closely.
Cholestyramine resin: May reduce acetaminophen absorption. Give at least 1 hour after acetaminophen or consider a change in therapy.
Sorafenib: May increase levels of both drugs. Avoid simultaneous use.
Warfarin: May increase hypoprothrombinemic effects with prolonged use with high doses of acetaminophen. Watch the INR closely.
