The most common side effects of Zomacton 4mg Injection are - Headache, Weakness, Paresthesia, Fatigue, Mild Hyperglycemia, Hypothyroidism, Localized Muscle Pain, Arthralgia, Stiffness of Extremities
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Zomacton 4mg Injection
Do not use Zomacton 4mg Injection if you are allergic to - Somatropin/Recombinant Human Growth Hormone
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Zomacton 4mg Injection.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Drug :- Corticotropin, corticosteroids:
Long-term use may inhibit growth response to GH.
Monitor patient for lack of effect.
Estrogen replacement:
May decrease somatropin level in adult women.
Insulin, oral antidiabetic agents:
Somatropin may decrease insulin sensitivity. Antidiabetic agent
dosage may need adjustment.
