The most common side effects of Alzil 11.5mg Tablet SR are - Allergic Reaction, Sweating, Headache, Abnormal ECG, Chest Pain, Edema, Heart Failure, Abdominal Pain, Anorexia, Constipation, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Alzil 11.5mg Tablet SR if you are allergic to - Donepezil

Drug :-
anticholinergics: Possibly interference with activity of these drugs.
carbamazepine, dexamethasone, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin: Increased donepezil elimination rate.
cholinergic agonists, neuromuscular blockers: Possibly synergistic effects of these drugs.
ketoconazole, quinidine: Inhibited donepezil metabolism.
NSAIDs: Possibly increased gastric acid secretion and increased risk of GI bleeding.
