The most common side effects of Aricep 10mg Tablet are - Allergic Reaction, Sweating, Headache, Abnormal ECG, Chest Pain, Edema, Heart Failure, Abdominal Pain, Anorexia, Constipation, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Aricep 10mg Tablet
Do not use Aricep 10mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Donepezil
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Aricep 10mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Aricep 10mg Tablet contains - Donepezil
Donepezil works by slowing the breakdown of a neurotransmitter in the brain called acetylcholine, Neurotransmitters are stored in nerve cells in the brain and nervous system, and are involved in transmitting messages between the nerve cells, Donepezil increases the level of acetylcholine in the brain.
Overdose of Aricep 10mg Tablet
The dosage of Aricep 10mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Aricep 10mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Aricep 10mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
anticholinergics: Possibly interference with activity of these drugs.
carbamazepine, dexamethasone, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin: Increased donepezil elimination rate.
cholinergic agonists, neuromuscular blockers: Possibly synergistic effects of these drugs.
ketoconazole, quinidine: Inhibited donepezil metabolism.
NSAIDs: Possibly increased gastric acid secretion and increased risk of GI bleeding.
