The most common side effects of Envas AM 5mg/2.5mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Lethargy, Light-Headedness, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Esophagitis, Indigestion, Nausea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Envas AM 5mg/2.5mg Tablet
Do not use Envas AM 5mg/2.5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Amlodipine, Enalapril
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Envas AM 5mg/2.5mg Tablet.

Dosage of Envas AM 5mg/2.5mg Tablet
Envas AM 5mg/2.5mg Tablet contains - Amlodipine, Enalapril
Amlodipine works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.
Enalapril works by blocking a substance in the body that causes the blood vessels to tighten. As a result, enalapril relaxes the blood vessels. This lowers blood pressure and increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.

beta blockers: Possibly excessive hypotension.
