The most common side effects of Ceruvin 75mg Tablet are - Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Ceruvin 75mg Tablet
Do not use Ceruvin 75mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Clopidogrel
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Ceruvin 75mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Ceruvin 75mg Tablet
Ceruvin 75mg Tablet contains - Clopidogrel
Clopidogrel binds to adenosine diphosphate ADP receptors on the surface of activated platelets. This action blocks ADP, which deactivates nearby glycoprotein IIb/IIIa
receptors and prevents fibrinogen from attaching to receptors. Without fibrinogen, platelets can't aggregate and form thrombi.
Overdose of Ceruvin 75mg Tablet
The dosage of Ceruvin 75mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Ceruvin 75mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Ceruvin 75mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
aspirin: Increased risk of bleeding CYP2C19 inhibitors, such as cimetidine, esomeprazole, etravirine, felbamate, fluconazole, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, ketoconazole,
omeprazole, ticlopidine, voriconazole: Decreased plasma clopidogrel level, decreased platelet inhibition.
fluvastatin, phenytoin, tamoxifen, tolbutamide, torsemide: Interference with metabolism of these drugs.
NSAIDs: Increased risk of GI bleeding, interference with NSAID metabolism.
warfarin: Prolonged bleeding time, interference with warfarin metabolism.
