The most common side effects of Zometa 4mg Injection are - Headache, Heartburn, Difficulty In Swallowing, Musculoskeletal Pain
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Zometa 4mg Injection
Do not use Zometa 4mg Injection if you are allergic to - Zoledronate
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Zometa 4mg Injection.

Interactions
Drug :-
aminoglycosides: Possibly additive serum calcium-lowering effect.
loop diuretics, such as furosemide: Possibly increased risk of hypocalcemia.
NSAIDs: Increased risk of nephrotoxicity.
