The most common side effects of Trezam 250mg Injection are - Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Insomnia, Tenderness
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Trezam 250mg Injection if you are allergic to - Aztreonam

Dosage of Trezam 250mg Injection
Trezam 250mg Injection contains - Aztreonam
Aztreonam inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis in susceptible aerobic gram-negative bacteria. These bacteria assemble rigid, cross-linked cell walls in several steps. Aztreonam affects the final cross-linking step by inactivating penicillin-binding protein 3 the enzyme that links cell wall strands, which causes cell lysis and death.

The dosage of Trezam 250mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Trezam 250mg Injection

Interactions
Drug :-
aminoglycosides prolonged or high-dose therapy: Increased risk of nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity.
cefoxitin, imipenem: Possibly antagonized action of aztreonam.
furosemide, probenecid: Possibly increased blood aztreonam level.
