The most common side effects of Cilaheart 20mg Tablet are - Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain, Heartburn, Insomnia

Do not use Cilaheart 20mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Cilnidipine
