Side effects of Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet are - Headache, Dizziness, Syncope, Contact Dermatitis, Rash, Weakness, Orthostatic Hypotension, Nausea, Vomiting, Tachycardia, Flushing, Palpitations, SL Burning, Cutaneous Vasodilation, Hypersensitivity Reactions
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet
Do not use Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Nitroglycerin/Glyceryl Trinitrate
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet
Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet contains - Nitroglycerin/Glyceryl Trinitrate
Nitroglycerin reduces cardiac oxygen demand by decreasing left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and to a lesser extent, systemic vascular resistance. Also increases blood flow through the collateral coronary vessels.
Overdose of Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet
The dosage of Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Angiwell 2.6mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Interactions
Drug :- Alteplase:
May decrease tissue plasminogen activator antigen level. Avoid using
together, if unavoidable, use lowest effective dose of nitroglycerin.
Antihypertensives:
May increase hypotensive effect. Monitor BP closely.
Heparin:
I.V. nitroglycerin may interfere with anticoagulant effect of heparin. Monitor PTT.
Riociguat:
May cause hypotension. Avoid use together.
Sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil:
May cause severe hypotension. Use of nitrates in any form with
these drugs is contraindicated.
