The most common side effects of Piltop DSR 30mg/20mg Capsule are - Nausea, Rash, Diarrhea, Itching, Dry mouth, Abdominal cramps

Precautions while taking Piltop DSR 30mg/20mg Capsule
Do not use Piltop DSR 30mg/20mg Capsule if you are allergic to - Domperidone, Rabeprazole

Piltop DSR 30mg/20mg Capsule contains - Domperidone, Rabeprazole
Domperidone works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain which causes the feeling of nausea and vomiting, as well as increasing the movement or contractions of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.
Rabeprazole works by decreasing the amount of acid made in the stomach.
