Motion Sickness, Vertigo, Meniere's Disease, Cogan's Syndrome

The most common side effects of Vertidiz 20mg/40mg Tablet are - Dry mouth, GI irritation, Drowsiness, Sweating, Tremor
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Vertidiz 20mg/40mg Tablet
Do not use Vertidiz 20mg/40mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Cinnarizine, Dimenhydrinate

Vertidiz 20mg/40mg Tablet contains - Cinnarizine, Dimenhydrinate
Cinnarizine inhibits contractions of vascular smooth muscle cells by blocking L-type and T-type voltage gated calcium channels. Cinnarizine has also been implicated in binding to dopamine D2 receptors, histamine H1 receptors, and muscarinic acetylcholine receptors.
Dimenhydrinate works to relieve vertigo by affecting the brain and the inner ear.

The dosage of Vertidiz 20mg/40mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
