The most common side effects of Cefrine 300mg Capsule are - Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dryness In Mouth, Altered Taste, Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Cefrine 300mg Capsule
Do not use Cefrine 300mg Capsule if you are allergic to - Cefdinir
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Cefrine 300mg Capsule.

Cefrine 300mg Capsule contains - Cefdinir
Cefdinir interferes with bacterial cell wall synthesis by inhibiting the final step in the crosslinking of peptidoglycan strands. Peptidoglycan makes cell membranes rigid and protective. Without it, bacterial cells rupture and die.
Overdose of Cefrine 300mg Capsule
The dosage of Cefrine 300mg Capsule depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Cefrine 300mg Capsule
If you forget to take a dose of Cefrine 300mg Capsule, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium: Decreased cefdinir absorption if given within 2 hours of antacid.
iron salts: Reduced cefdinir absorption if given within 2 hours of iron.
probenecid: Increased blood level and prolonged half-life of cefdinir.
