Precautions while taking Zenoxa 300mg/5ml Suspension
Do not use Zenoxa 300mg/5ml Suspension if you are allergic to - Oxcarbazepine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Zenoxa 300mg/5ml Suspension.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Zenoxa 300mg/5ml Suspension contains - Oxcarbazepine
Oxcarbazepine may prevent or halt seizures by closing or blocking sodium channels in neuronal cell membrane. By preventing sodium from entering the cell, oxcarbazepine may slow nerve impulse transmission, thus decreasing the rate at which neurons fire.
Overdose of Zenoxa 300mg/5ml Suspension
The dosage of Zenoxa 300mg/5ml Suspension depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Interactions
Drug :-
carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, valproic acid: Decreased blood oxcarbazepine level, possibly increased blood levels of phenobarbital and phenytoin.
felodipine, verapamil: Decreased blood levels of these drugs.
oral contraceptives: Decreased effectiveness.
Activity :-
alcohol use: Possibly additive CNS depressant effects.
