Interactions
Drug :- Azole antifungals, CYP3A4 inducers (carbamazepine, dexamethasone, phenobarbital,
phenytoin, rifabutin, rifampin, rifapentine):
May decrease sunitinib level and effects.
Bevacizumab:
May enhance hypertensive effect of sunitinib and increase risk of microangiopathic
hemolytic anemia.
QTc interval-prolonging drugs:
May increase risk of QTc interval prolongation and ventricular
arrhythmias.
Food :- Grapefruit:
May increase drug level. Discourage use together.
