The most common side effects of Refzil O 50mg Drop are - Dizziness, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal Pain, Genital Pruritus, Vaginitis, Anaphylaxis
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Refzil O 50mg Drop
Do not use Refzil O 50mg Drop if you are allergic to - Cefprozil

Drug :- Aminoglycosides:

Live-virus vaccines:

Probenecid:
May inhibit excretion and increase cefprozil level. Use together cautiously.
Warfarin:
May enhance anticoagulant effects. Monitor therapy.
