The most common side effects of Comcort 40mg/ml Injection are - Euphoria, Insomnia, Headache, Paresthesia, Psychotic Behavior, Vertigo, Nausea, Vomiting, Menstrual Irregularities, Increased Urine Calcium Level
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Comcort 40mg/ml Injection
Do not use Comcort 40mg/ml Injection if you are allergic to - Triamcinolone
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Comcort 40mg/ml Injection.

Interactions
Drug :- Antidiabetics:
May increase blood glucose level.
Aspirin, indomethacin, other NSAIDs:
May increase risk of GI distress and bleeding.
Ketoconazole, macrolide antibiotics:
May decrease metabolism or clearance of triamcinolone,
respectively.
