The most common side effects of Reflin 1gm Injection are - Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dryness In Mouth, Altered Taste, Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Reflin 1gm Injection
Do not use Reflin 1gm Injection if you are allergic to - Cefazolin
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Reflin 1gm Injection.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Reflin 1gm Injection
Reflin 1gm Injection contains - Cefazolin
Cefazolin interferes with bacterial cell wall synthesis by inhibiting the final step in the crosslinking of peptidoglycan strands. Peptidoglycan makes cell membranes rigid and
protective. Without it, bacterial cells rupture and die.
Overdose of Reflin 1gm Injection
The dosage of Reflin 1gm Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Reflin 1gm Injection
If you forget to take a dose of Reflin 1gm Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Drug :-
aminoglycosides, loop diuretics: Additive nephrotoxicity.
probenecid: Increased and prolonged blood cefazolin level.
