The most common side effects of Dronis 30 Tablet are - Headache, Sexual Dysfunction, Change In Body Weight, Breast Enlargement, Nausea, Mood Changes, Breast Tenderness, Edema, Fibroid, Abdominal Pain, Menstrual Bleeding at Irregular Intervals

Do not use Dronis 30 Tablet if you are allergic to - Ethinyl Estradiol, Drospirenone
