The most common side effects of Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet are - Asthenia, Dizziness, Headache, Insomnia, Orthostatic Hypotension, Nasal Congestion, Nasopharyngitis, Rhinorrhea, Sinusitis, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Retrograde Ejaculation
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet
Do not use Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Silodosin, Dutasteride
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet.

Dosage of Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet
Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet contains - Silodosin, Dutasteride
Silodosin causes relaxation of smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder tissues by antagonizing postsynaptic alpha adrenoreceptors, thereby improving urine flow and reducing signs and symptoms of BPH.
Dutasteride inhibits 5-alpha reductase, an intracellular enzyme that converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone DHT in the prostate gland, reducing serum DHT level.
Overdose of Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet
The dosage of Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Silocap D 8 mg/0.5 mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
