The most common side effects of Romilast B -10 Tablet are - Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Fatigue, Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain, Palpitations, Tremor

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Romilast B -10 Tablet if you are allergic to - Bambuterol, Montelukast

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Romilast B -10 Tablet.
