The most common side effects of Citralka Liquid are - Fever, Headache, Insomnia, Sleep Disturbance, Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea,Nausea, Vomiting

Do not use Citralka Liquid if you are allergic to - Disodium Hydrogen Citrate
