Drugs:- Barbiturates; carbamazepine; hydantoins; rifampin; Sulfinpyrazone: High doses or prolonged use of these drugs may reduce the therapeutic effect and increase the hepatotoxic effects of acetaminophen. Avoid simultaneous use.
