The most common side effects of Adilip 45mg Tablet DR are - Pain, Rash, Headache, Asthenia, Fatigue, Flu-Like Symptoms, Dyspepsia, Nausea/Vomiting, Rhinitis, Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Flatulence, Arthralgia, Decreased Libido, Dizziness, Pruritus, Increased Appetite, Insomnia, Polyuria, Cough, Blurred Vision, Eye Floaters, Earache
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Adilip 45mg Tablet DR if you are allergic to - Fenofibrate

Drug :-
bile acid sequestrants: Decreased fenofibrate absorption.
cyclosporine: Increased risk of nephrotoxicity.
HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors atorvastatin, cerivastatin, fluvastatin, lovastatin, pravastatin, simvastatin: Increased risk of myopathy, rhabdomyolysis, and acute renal failure.
oral anticoagulants: Risk of bleeding.
Food :-
all foods: Increased fenofibrate bioavailability when given in capsule form.
