The most common side effects of Afinitor 10mg Tablet are - Asthenia, Stomatitis, Vomiting, Mouth Ulcers, Oral Mucositis, Dizziness, Hemorrhoids, Nausea, Dysgeusia, Headache, Dry Mouth, Dysphagia, Insomnia, Paresthesia, Fever, Fatigue, Abdominal Pain, Anorexia, Diarrhea
