The most common side effects of Aggribloc 5mg Infusion are - Chills, Dizziness, Fever, Headache, Nausea, Retroperitoneal Bleeding, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Aggribloc 5mg Infusion
Do not use Aggribloc 5mg Infusion if you are allergic to - Tirofiban
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Aggribloc 5mg Infusion.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Aggribloc 5mg Infusion
Aggribloc 5mg Infusion contains - Tirofiban
Tirofiban binds to glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor sites on the surface of activated platelets. Circulating fibrinogen can bind to these receptor sites and link platelets together, forming a clot that eventually blocks a coronary artery. By binding to receptor sites, tirofiban prevents the normal binding of fibrinogen and other factors and inhibits platelet aggregation.
Overdose of Aggribloc 5mg Infusion
The dosage of Aggribloc 5mg Infusion depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Aggribloc 5mg Infusion
If you forget to take a dose of Aggribloc 5mg Infusion, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
antineoplastics, antithymocyte globulin, NSAIDs, oral anticoagulants, platelet aggregation inhibitors, strontium-89 chloride, thrombolytics: Increased risk of bleeding.
levothyroxine, omeprazole: Increased rate of tirofiban clearance.
porfimer: Decreased effectiveness of porfimer photodynamic therapy.
salicylates: Increased risk of bleeding, possibly hypoprothrombinemia.
