The most common side effects of Alaspan AM 60 mg/5 mg Tablet are - Heartburn, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Fever, Muscle weakness

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Alaspan AM 60 mg/5 mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Ambroxol, Loratadine
