The most common side effects of Aprezo 30mg Tablet are - Headache, Diarrhea, Fatigue, Insomnia, Migraine, Weight Loss
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Aprezo 30mg Tablet
Do not use Aprezo 30mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Apremilast
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Aprezo 30mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Aprezo 30mg Tablet contains - Apremilast
Apremilast increases intracellular cAMP level. Its action in the treatment of psoriatic arthritis isn't well defined.

Strong CYP450 inducers (carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin):

decrease apremilast level, causing loss of effectiveness. Use together isn't recommended.
Herb :-

May decrease apremilast level. Consider therapy modification.
