The most common side effects of Azulix 2 MF Tablet SR are - Fever, Headache, Insomnia, Sleep Disturbance, Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea,Nausea, Vomiting

Do not use Azulix 2 MF Tablet SR if you are allergic to - Glimepiride, Metformin
