The most common side effects of Bleocin 15mg Injection are - Fever, Stomatitis, Anorexia, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Weight Loss, Hyperuricemia
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Bleocin 15mg Injection
Do not use Bleocin 15mg Injection if you are allergic to - Bleomycin
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Bleocin 15mg Injection.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Bleocin 15mg Injection
Bleocin 15mg Injection contains - Bleomycin
Bleomycin may inhibit DNA synthesis and cause scission of single-and double-stranded DNA, also inhibits RNA and protein synthesis.
Overdose of Bleocin 15mg Injection
The dosage of Bleocin 15mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Bleocin 15mg Injection
If you forget to take a dose of Bleocin 15mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :- Anesthesia:
May increase oxygen requirements. Monitor patient closely.
Brentuximab:
May increase risk of pulmonary toxicity. Use together is contraindicated.
Cisplatin:
May decrease bleomycin elimination. Monitor renal function and adjust bleomycin dosage
as needed.
Fosphenytoin, phenytoin:
May decrease phenytoin and fosphenytoin levels. Monitor drug levels
closely.
Live-virus vaccines:
May increase risk of vaccine-induced adverse reactions. Avoid concomitant
use.
Oxygen:
May increase risk of pulmonary toxicity due to increased sensitization of lung tissue from
bleomycin. Use together cautiously.
