The most common side effects of Budecort 0.5mg Respules 2ml are - Fever, Headache, Insomnia, Sleep Disturbance, Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea,Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Budecort 0.5mg Respules 2ml
Do not use Budecort 0.5mg Respules 2ml if you are allergic to - Budesonide inhalation
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Budecort 0.5mg Respules 2ml.

Budecort 0.5mg Respules 2ml contains - Budesonide inhalation
Budesonide inhalation exhibits potent glucocorticoid activity and weak mineralocorticoid activity. Drug inhibits mast cells, macrophages, and mediators such as leukotrienes involved in inflammation.
Overdose of Budecort 0.5mg Respules 2ml

Interactions
Drug :- Ketoconazole, other strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (atazanavir, clarithromycin, indinavir, itraconazole, nefazodone, nelfinavir, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin): May inhibit metabolism and increase level of budesonide. Monitor patient for adverse reactions and adjust dosage as needed.
