The most common side effects of Buspin 10mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Lethargy, Light-Headedness, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Esophagitis, Indigestion, Nausea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

haloperidol: Increased haloperidol level hepatic enzyme CYP3A4 inducers, such as.
dexamethasone and certain anticonvulsants phenytoin, phenobarbital, carbamazepine: Possibly increased rate of buspirone metabolism hepatic enzyme CYP3A4 inhibitors, such as.
ketoconazole and ritonavir: Possibly inhibited buspirone metabolism and increased blood level.
MAO inhibitors: Increased risk of hypertension.
rifampin: Decreased blood buspirone level and pharmacodynamic effects.
