The most common side effects of Buvalor 5mg Patch are - Headache, Congestive Heart Failure, Edema, Blurred Vision, Decreased Visual Acuity, Macular Edema, Pharyngitis, Sinusitis, Tooth Disorders, Fractures, Myalgia
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Buvalor 5mg Patch
Do not use Buvalor 5mg Patch if you are allergic to - Buprenorphine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Buvalor 5mg Patch.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Buvalor 5mg Patch contains - Buprenorphine
Buprenorphine may bind with CNS receptors to alter the perception of and emotional response to pain. Buprenorphine may act by displacing narcotic agonists from their binding sites and competitively inhibiting their actions.

Onset of Action of Buvalor 5mg Patch
If you forget to take a dose of Buvalor 5mg Patch, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

CNS depressants, MAO inhibitors: Additive hypotensive and respiratory and CNS depressant effects of these drugs opioid analgesics: Reduced therapeutic effects if buprenorphine is given before another opioid analgesic.
