The most common side effects of Carnisure 1gm Injection are - Nausea, Loss of Appetite, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Pain, Hair Loss, Stomach Pain, Constipation

Do not use Carnisure 1gm Injection if you are allergic to - Levo-carnitine
