The most common side effects of Cilidin O 40mg/10mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Insomnia, Vertigo, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Gastroenteritis, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Cilidin O 40mg/10mg Tablet
Do not use Cilidin O 40mg/10mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Olmesartan, Cilnidipine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Cilidin O 40mg/10mg Tablet.

Cilidin O 40mg/10mg Tablet contains - Olmesartan, Cilnidipine
Olmesartan works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily.
Cilnidipine decreases blood pressure and is used to treat hypertension and its comorbidities. Due to its blocking action at the N-type and L-type calcium channel, cilnidipine dilates both arterioles and venules, reducing the pressure in the capillary bed.
