Side effects of Concor AM 5 Tablet
The most common side effects of Concor AM 5 Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Lethargy, Light-Headedness, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Esophagitis, Indigestion, Nausea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Concor AM 5 Tablet
Do not use Concor AM 5 Tablet if you are allergic to - Amlodipine, Bisoprolol
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Concor AM 5 Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Concor AM 5 Tablet
Concor AM 5 Tablet contains - Amlodipine, Bisoprolol
Amlodipine works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.
Bisoprolol inhibits stimulation of beta1-receptors primarily in the heart, which decreases cardiac excitability, cardiac output, and myocardial oxygen demand. Bisoprolol also decreases renin release from kidneys, which helps reduce blood pressure.
Overdose of Concor AM 5 Tablet
The dosage of Concor AM 5 Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Concor AM 5 Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Concor AM 5 Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
beta blockers: Possibly excessive hypotension.
fentanyl: Increased risk of severe hypotension and increased fluid volume requirements during surgery.
