Interactions
Drug :- HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors:
May increase risk of myopathy. Consider stopping these
drugs while giving daptomycin.
Tobramycin:
May affect levels of both drugs. Use together cautiously.
Warfarin:
May alter anticoagulant activity. Monitor PT and INR for the first several days of
daptomycin therapy.
