Side effects of Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER
The most common side effects of Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER are - Abnormal Vision, Dry Eyes or Mouth, Pharyngitis, Rhinitis, Sinusitis, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER
Do not use Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER if you are allergic to - Darifenacin
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER
Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER contains - Darifenacin
Darifenacin works by relaxing the detrusor muscle in the wall of the bladder. It does this by blocking receptors called muscarinic receptors that are found on the surface of the muscle cells.
Overdose of Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER
The dosage of Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER
If you forget to take a dose of Darif 7.5mg Tablet ER, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
anticholinergics: Increased frequency and severity of anticholinergic adverse reactions.
flecainide, thioridazine, tricyclic antidepressants: Risk of toxicity with these drugs
potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as clarithromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, nefazodone, nelfinavir, and ritonavir: Decreased metabolism and increased effects of darifenacin, possibly increasing the risk of adverse reaction.
