The most common side effects of Dolofin MR 250mg/50mg/500mg Tablet are - Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Fatigue, Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain, Skin Rash, Fever
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Dolofin MR 250mg/50mg/500mg Tablet
Do not use Dolofin MR 250mg/50mg/500mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac, Paracetamol
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Dolofin MR 250mg/50mg/500mg Tablet.

Dosage of Dolofin MR 250mg/50mg/500mg Tablet
Dolofin MR 250mg/50mg/500mg Tablet contains - Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac, Paracetamol
Chlorzoxazone acts in the central nervous system rather than directly on skeletal muscle. It acts primarily at the spinal cord level and at subcortical areas of the brain and preferentially depresses polysynaptic reflexes.
Diclofenac works by blocking the action of a substance in the body called cyclo-oxygenase (COX), Diclofenac blocks the production of these prostaglandins and this reduces inflammation and pain.
Paracetamol thought to produce analgesia by inhibiting prostaglandin and other substances that sensitize pain receptors. Drug may relieve fever through central action in the hypothalamic heat-regulating center.

The dosage of Dolofin MR 250mg/50mg/500mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
