Depression, Anxiety Disorder, Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain
Side effects of Dulotin 10mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Dulotin 10mg Tablet are - Nausea, Dry Mouth, Constipation, Insomnia, Dizziness, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Drowsiness, Vomiting, Blurred Vision
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Dulotin 10mg Tablet
Do not use Dulotin 10mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Duloxetine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Dulotin 10mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Dulotin 10mg Tablet
Dulotin 10mg Tablet contains - Duloxetine
Duloxetine inhibits neuronal serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine reuptake to potentiate serotonergic and noradrenergic activity in the CNS. These activities may elevate mood and inhibit pain signals stemming from peripheral nerves adversely affected by chronically elevated serum glucose level.
Overdose of Dulotin 10mg Tablet
The dosage of Dulotin 10mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Dulotin 10mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Dulotin 10mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
Alcohol increases risk of hepatic injury. CYP1A2 and CYP2D6 inhibitors e.g., fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, quinidine, quinolone antimicrobials may increase plasma concentration. MAOIs may cause serotonin syndrome autonomic hyperactivity, coma, diaphoresis, excitement, hyperthermia, rigidity.
Aspirin, NSAIDs may increase risk of bleeding. May increase concentration, potential toxicity of tricyclic antidepressants. Serotonergic drugs e.g., triptans, lithium, tramadol may increase risk of serotonin syndrome.
Herbs :- Gotu kola, kava kava, St. John's wort, valerian may increase CNS depression. St. John's wort may increase risk of serotonin syndrome.
Lab Values :- May increase serum bilirubin, ALT, AST, alkaline phosphatase.
