The most common side effects of Exotus 15mg/2.5mg/10mg/50mg/5mg Syrup are - Heartburn, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Fever, Muscle weakness
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Exotus 15mg/2.5mg/10mg/50mg/5mg Syrup if you are allergic to - Ambroxol, Cetirizine, Dextromethorphan, Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine

Exotus 15mg/2.5mg/10mg/50mg/5mg Syrup contains - Ambroxol, Cetirizine, Dextromethorphan, Guaifenesin, Phenylephrine
Ambroxol is a mucoactive drug with several properties including secretolytic and secretomotoric actions that restore the physiological clearance mechanisms of the respiratory tract which play an important role in the body's natural defence mechanisms.
Cetirizine works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction.
Dextromethorphan crosses the blood-brain-barrier and activates sigma opioid receptors on the cough center in the central nervous system, thereby suppressing the cough reflex.

The dosage of Exotus 15mg/2.5mg/10mg/50mg/5mg Syrup depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
