The most common side effects of Flotral 10mg Tablet PR are - Dizziness, Headache, Malaise, Dry Mouth, Nausea, Dyspepsia (Heartburn, Epigastric Discomfort), Diarrhea, Orthostatic Hypotension, Tachycardia, Drowsiness
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Flotral 10mg Tablet PR
Do not use Flotral 10mg Tablet PR if you are allergic to - Alfuzosin
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Flotral 10mg Tablet PR.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Flotral 10mg Tablet PR contains - Alfuzosin
Alfuzosin is used by men to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH). It does not shrink the prostate, but it works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and the bladder.

Interactions
Drug :-
Alpha Blockers: May potentiate alfuzosin action.
Antihypertensives, Nitrates: Possibly synergistic lowering of blood pressure and syncope.
CYP3A4 inhibitors such as Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Ritonavir: Increased alfuzosin effects.
