The most common side effects of Flotral D 10mg/0.5mg Combipack are - Dizziness, Headache, Malaise, Dry Mouth, Nausea, Dyspepsia (Heartburn, Epigastric Discomfort), Diarrhea, Orthostatic Hypotension, Tachycardia, Drowsiness
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Flotral D 10mg/0.5mg Combipack
Do not use Flotral D 10mg/0.5mg Combipack if you are allergic to - Alfuzosin, Dutasteride
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Flotral D 10mg/0.5mg Combipack.

Flotral D 10mg/0.5mg Combipack contains - Alfuzosin, Dutasteride
Alfuzosin is used by men to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH). It does not shrink the prostate, but it works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and the bladder.
Dutasteride inhibits 5-alpha reductase, an intracellular enzyme that converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone DHT in the prostate gland, reducing serum DHT level.

Alpha Blockers: May potentiate alfuzosin action.
Antihypertensives, Nitrates: Possibly synergistic lowering of blood pressure and syncope.
CYP3A4 inhibitors such as Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Ritonavir: Increased alfuzosin effects.
