The most common side effects of Grafalon 20mg/ml Injection are - Chills, Nausea, Abdominal Pain, Low Levels of White Blood Cells, Headache, High Blood Pressure, Shortness of Breath

Do not use Grafalon 20mg/ml Injection if you are allergic to - Antithymocyte immunoglobulins
