Side effects of Hipril A 5mg/5mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Hipril A 5mg/5mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Lethargy, Light-Headedness, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Esophagitis, Indigestion, Nausea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Hipril A 5mg/5mg Tablet
Do not use Hipril A 5mg/5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Amlodipine, Lisinopril
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Hipril A 5mg/5mg Tablet.

Hipril A 5mg/5mg Tablet contains - Amlodipine, Lisinopril
Amlodipine works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.
Lisinopril works by blocking a substance in the body that causes the blood vessels to tighten. As a result, lisinopril relaxes the blood vessels. This lowers blood pressure and increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.

Interactions
Drug :-
beta blockers: Possibly excessive hypotension.
fentanyl: Increased risk of severe hypotension and increased fluid volume requirements during surgery.
