The most common side effects of Hyponat-O 15mg Tablet are - Dry Mouth, Increased Thirst or Urination, Constipation, Loss of Appetite, Fruity Breath Odor, Drowsiness, Dry Skin, Nausea, Vomiting

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Hyponat-O 15mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Tolvaptan
