The most common side effects of Larentine D 5mg/10mg Tablet are - Allergic Reaction, Sweating, Headache, Abnormal ECG, Chest Pain, Edema, Heart Failure, Abdominal Pain, Anorexia, Constipation, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Larentine D 5mg/10mg Tablet
Do not use Larentine D 5mg/10mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Donepezil, Memantine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Larentine D 5mg/10mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Larentine D 5mg/10mg Tablet contains - Donepezil, Memantine
Donepezil works by slowing the breakdown of a neurotransmitter in the brain called acetylcholine, Neurotransmitters are stored in nerve cells in the brain and nervous system, and are involved in transmitting messages between the nerve cells, Donepezil increases the level of acetylcholine in the brain.
Memantine blocks of current flow through channels of N-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptors-a glutamate receptor subfamily broadly involved in brain function.

The dosage of Larentine D 5mg/10mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Larentine D 5mg/10mg Tablet

Interactions
Drug :-
anticholinergics: Possibly interference with activity of these drugs.
carbamazepine, dexamethasone, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin: Increased donepezil elimination rate.
cholinergic agonists, neuromuscular blockers: Possibly synergistic effects of these drugs.
ketoconazole, quinidine: Inhibited donepezil metabolism.
NSAIDs: Possibly increased gastric acid secretion and increased risk of GI bleeding.
