Interactions
Drug :- Anticholinergics, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, procainamide, quinidine:
May
reverse cholinergic effects. Observe patient for lack of drug effect.
Cholinesterase inhibitors (donepezil), cholinergic agonists:
May cause additive effects or increase
toxicity. Avoid using together.
Ganglionic blockers:
May cause critical drop in BP, usually preceded by severe abdominal pain.
Avoid using together.
