The most common side effects of Metpure -XL 12.5mg Tablet are - Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Dizziness, Cold, Constipation, Diarrhoea

Do not use Metpure -XL 12.5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - S-Metoprolol
