Interactions

Drug :-Antimuscarinics (pirenzepine): May increase risk of urine retention. Use cautiously together.

Digoxin: May increase digoxin level. Monitor digoxin level and titrate mirabegron to lowest effective dosage.

Drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 (desipramine, flecainide, metoprolol, propafenone, thioridazine): May increase levels of these drugs. Monitor patient for adverse events, adjust dosage as needed.

Warfarin: May increase warfarin level. Monitor INR, adjust warfarin dosage as necessary.
